Our current goal is to handwrite at least 30,000 Get Out the Vote postcards by mid October 2026. When mailed around the country, this will generate about 500 additional Democratic voters according to the 2022 research. As more volunteers are mobilized, this goal is likely to increase substantially.
Progress Report: Thirty volunteers are currently writing postcards. Exactly 8,300 have been written and banked until we mail them in October. We expect those cards to increase voter turnout by 1.7 percentage points. That is an additional 130 Democratic voters so far.
Scaling up: The limiting factor will likely be how much money we can raise for printing and postage. We also have staff expenses and overhead, but those costs are minimal.

50,000 postcards = 850 additional Democratic voters
75,000 postcards = 1,300 additional Democratic voters
100,000 postcards = 1,700 additional Democratic voters
The postcards will be sent to competitive U.S. House and Senate races around the country.
